Wanted to see Edinburgh popular places and this apartment was fine base for exploring most of them. I've had flat with great facilities. An electric kettle, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator were good to have. Location was good and perfect, next to the local pubs and the bus stops.

The apartment was spacious and cozy, which made our Easter stay very comfortable. The towels and bedding provided were of great quality, adding to our overall enjoyment. the location of the apartment was perfect, with easy access to buses that took us to key tourist spots and attractions. The quiet cul-de-sac setting was also a bonus, especially for those with small children.
There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. the ceiling pendants in the living room were too bright, while the side lamps were not bright enough, making it difficult to find the right lighting balance.

Felt spoilt, nothing to complain about.

I had a fantastic stay at Orchard! the flat was incredibly spacious with two bathrooms and a large sitting room. It was situated in a quiet location and there was ample parking available. A pleasant 15-minute walk took me to Stockbridge, which was quite convenient. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for the cold November weather. the towels and bedding were of excellent quality and the flat was spotless. I also appreciated the central heating system, which could be easily controlled in the kitchen for a quick boost if needed. Orchard provided a comfortable and all-seasons option for my stay in Edinburgh. Cons: Hard to think of anything! 🤔.

During my recent stay at Orchard Apartment, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment. The location was also great, with easy access to the city center via a short bus ride. One highlight was the free off-street parking available in front and to the rear of the property, which made it convenient for guests with cars.
While there were a few minor issues mentioned in the reviews, such as the lack of a microwave and kitchen scissors, these did not hinder our overall satisfaction. Additionally, the information provided in the listing about the streaming service was helpful, reminding us to bring our own login and password for a seamless experience.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, within walking distance to Stockbridge and supermarkets. The spacious rooms and good quality renovation make for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms and kitchen are well equipped and the beds/bed linen are of good quality. The apartment also has easy parking and thoughtful touches, such as a welcome letter with information about the nearest shop and bus stop.
The duvets are made of feathers, which may not be suitable for everyone and could pose hygiene concerns.
